Your purchase of service and calibration includes the following:
1. Free delivery to our service & calibration Centre via your local Post Office
2. Year 1 to 4 service and calibration - older analysers may need replacement sensors at additional cost.
If your analyser serial number ends in ’ 21’ this shows that it was manufactured in the year 2021 so is 5 years old. This instrument will require the measuring sensors to be replaced, and your manufacturer’s warranty has expired. Please select “Year 5 Calibration” an additional charge will apply for the replacement sensors.
This may be a good time to consider upgrading your analyser.

How to return your Analyser to us for Service and Calibration:
QR code default option:
1. Select your instrument, add to cart
2. Add your serial number in the notes box
3. Agree to terms and conditions and check out
4. Receive your confirmation email and your FREE Return QR code by separate email
5. Place your Analyser into a suitable box and secure
6. Take the box to your local post office
7. Show your QR code at the post office counter
8. We will do the rest
If you need to print a returns label:
1. Select your instrument, add to cart
2. Add your serial number in the notes box
3. Agree to terms and conditions
4. Select Printed Label button
5. Receive your confirmation email and your FREE Return label for printing by separate email
6. Print off your label on your printer
7. Place your Analyser into a suitable box and attach the label you have printed off
8. Take the box to your local post office counter
9. We will do the rest
